Hey everyone!
We have been talking about a surprise the past few days but Jacq and I have been extremely busy managing this surprise.
Οn our main site we choose a charity for each month to support. E.J. Scott is running 12 marathons in 12 cities blind folded to raise awareness and money for THE CHOROIDEREMIA RESEARCH FOUNDATION!
In honor of 12 marathons in 12 cities in 2012 we’ve made 12 twitter icons. We discussed who we felt were the top 12 favorite characters from the Sookie books and True Blood show. These were the ones we came up with based on fans opinions and fan sites alike. If you donate a dollar you’ll get your favorite. Essentially “buying” an avatar for a $1 dollar. You may also buy the whole pack for a 12 dollar donation. The paypal link currently is set to a dollar donation. We’ll set up another one where you can send 12 dollars for them all. This will go on until May 17th. After May 17th all the money will be donated on the behalf of the Trookies and the fans. As well as all icons will be removed from flickr and the site. These are made specially and only for this cause. Now we can’t stop people from sharing them once they are bought afterwards, but we did make sure no one can take them without donating.
